Another great evening at Supper Club! Next up February 22nd…
It was an amazing dinner on January 25th. Jon outdid himself with his Japanese/NW Fusion dinner, featuring Miso braised beef short ribs and roasted shallot mashed potatoes. Just what the doctor ordered on a cold, snowy Methow Valley evening. We had a wonderful mix of ‘regulars’ and first-timers, including several who travelled from Seattle based on Jon’s siren song calling all foodies.
The next dinner is on February 22nd and the menu is Baja Med! Let’s travel to the warm and snowless south.
